What time do employees eat in a day?
Employees have to stay in the office from morning till evening. Many times due to rush in the morning, proper breakfast is not eaten. Again, the time spent eating in the office for various tasks. It causes nutritional deficiency, fatigue. The mood is irritable. Again eating food bought outside increases weight. The risk of various diseases increases. So how can employees maintain a healthy diet?
First let's know what physical problems can be caused by eating outside food all the time. It can cause weight gain, acidity or ulcers, lack of sleep, various physical ailments like diarrhoea, typhoid, dysentery. So try to take clean and healthy food from home no matter how hard it is.
Food list :
Breakfast: Two loaves of bread between 7:30 and 8:30 am, a cup of vegetables, eggs or oats, milk or yogurt and any fruit. Remember, breakfast has a direct impact on improving your performance and focus throughout the day. So no matter how fast you are, don't leave home without eating.
Mid-morning snack: 1 handful of nuts or any fruit between 11 am and 12 pm, 1 cup of green tea or coffee without sugar. During this time, many people eat Shingara, Samucha, Puri or fried breakfast in different oil. As a result, it can cause various problems including gas in the stomach.
Lunch: 1 cup of rice (120 grams), 1-2 pieces of fish or meat (60 grams), 1 bowl of vegetables or salad (medium), half a cup of pulses between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. It is better to take lunch from home if possible.
Afternoon snack: A fruit such as guava, apple, amra or biscuit (without cream) between 4 and 5 pm.
Dinner: between 8 and 9 o'clock one cup of rice or two slices of thin bread; Two or three pieces of meat; Vegetables, a bowl of salad (moderate), lemon, a cup of sour yogurt or low-fat milk before going to bed.
Some tips
If you sleep early at night and wake up at least one to one and a half hours before going to office in the morning, it is possible to do the whole day's work as planned.
● Try to walk briskly for half an hour to 1 hour every day. Both body and mind are good in it.
● Instead of eating outside fried food, keep light snacks in the bag such as thin biscuits without sugar, nuts or fruit.
● Avoid all canned and processed foods like sausages, nuggets, dry fruits, cakes etc.
● Try to eat meals on time as much as possible.
